FIX LOGIN ERROR PHP/CAKE PHP WEBSITE - JOB FILLED - 5/30/2018

Due to an error on my part I'm not able to login to my website. I entered links into a HTML section of the admin area and when I saved and logged out everything that was on the right was pushed to the left. This made the login screen disappear. I'm using a program called Promoter and it's creator ivanribas.com hasn't returned my emails to help with the situation.  I have an original untouched file. I was hoping to create a page that would just have the login window. Removing the link, header and footer I think will help me get back in. I'm just not sure which file to edit. I've already tried the style.css but that only changes the color/skin.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
